My idea is looking pretty great at the moment. I initially thought it might not be achievable, but with Craig's assistance in the workshop I discovered a far quicker method than I was expecting, and had all eight frames done in two days. I learned how to use the air tools; a pressurised nail gun, and stapler and finally got those together. Now it's just a matter of getting my photos printed. Using a disposable camera was a success - the photos had exactly the quality I was after. I had backup photos just in case, but I've scanned the photos I want to use and am now in the process of setting them up on Illustrator.
I have concerns about the size I want to print these at and how much it will cost. The images won't cover the entire frame - I've edited them so it fades out towards either the top or bottom - this is because if I wanted to cover the entire thing I would only be able to print one image at a time and I'm also not certain of how long that would take. Instead I'm printing two at a time. Hopefully this will all work out fine.
I advise clicking on the images to see the gritty detail
